Dates Rasaayana

Ingredients:

Dates - 2 cups, de-seeded
Coconut Milk - 5 cups
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:

Cut dates into pieces and smash it slightly. Add coconut milk and cardamom powder. Refrigerate and serve.

No need to add sugar.
