Veg Pizza


Pizza base - 1
Mozzarella Cheese - 75gms, grated
Baby Corn Cob - 1
Tomato - 1 small, cut into pieces
Capsicum - 1 small, deseeded and cut into pieces
Onion - 1 small, peeled and cut into pieces
Green Chilli - 1 small, cut into small pieces


  1. Place pizza base on a pizza tray.
  2. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly all over the pizza base.
  3. Spread the vegetable pieces over the cheese layer and press it slightly so that the cheese and vegetables stay firm.
  4. Microwave the pizza at 600W, 220 degrees centigrade for 5 mins.
  5. Cut into wedges and serve hot with tomato sauce, oregano and chilli flakes.
