Java Apple Juice




Ingredients:


Dark Pink Java Apples - 12 (the variety I used were sour)
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Lime Juice - 2 tbsps
Sugar - 1 cup (adjust according to taste)
Chilled Water - 4 cups
Salt - a pinch


 Method:
  1. Cut the java apples into halves and remove the seeds.  
  2. Blend all the ingredients along with java apples and water.
  3. Serve immediately.
