Strawberry Pretzel Parfait

Fresh Strawberries - 25
Mini Twisted Pretzels - 1 packet (approx. 250gms)
Sour Cream - 1 cup
Thick Yoghurt - 1 cup
White Granulated Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsps
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp

For Topping:

Mint Leaves - a few (optional)

Serving Glasses - 4

  1. Chop strawberries.
  2. In a bowl mix together chopped strawberries and 1/4 cup strawberries. Set aside for an hour.
  3. Pulse the pretzels in a blender a couple of times until they are broken into small chunks. Some portion of it might get powdered, which is alright.
  4. Melt butter, add cinnamon powder. Mix well.
  5. Add pretzel chunks, toss well.
  6. Whisk together sour cream, yoghurt and remaining sugar until well combined.
  7. Put 2-3 tbsps of pretzel mixture into each glass.
  8. Top it with 2-3 tbsps of chopped starwberries.
  9. Pour 2 tbsps of sour cream and yoghurt mixture.
  10. Repeat steps 7-9.
  11. Top it with mint leaves.
  12. Serve immediately.

  1. This dessert must be served immediately after assembling as the pretzels become soggy very soon.
  2. If sour cream is not available, you can use only yoghurt.
