Spice Powder


Cinnamon - 5 1"" long sticks
Cloves - 1/4 cup
Cardamom - 2 tablespoons
Cumin Seeds - 2 tablespoons
Peppercorns - 1/4 cup


  1. Dry roast all the ingredients separately for 1-2 minutes. Allow them to cool.
  2. Blend the spices into fine powder.
  3. Store in air tight container.
